I will be overseeing a nonprofit on behalf of an organization that set it up. This nonprofit has a full staff with the expected officers.
I am weak on finance and budgeting. Can you recommend any resources, books especially, that can get me started? When talking to my network, what kind of stuff should I try to learn about or get mentored on? Help!
