I noticed a short blurb in Fast Company (March 2007) that might be of interest.
There is a new site called InterviewTrue.com that works with your PC with webcam to record your answer to a standard database of questions. You can then share your recordings with others for evaluation. The system costs $20 for six months.
I haven't used it, but I thought I'd pass it along. It does look like the site is Windows specific requiring Internet Explorer.
