So I just managed to pull out of one of my directs that they are not motivated at work because they don’t feel like they are part of the group. They are included in everything except personal parties that other employees throw outside of work… Any thoughts?

How is their performance? Given that they're "not motivated" I suspect it ain't good. If they're a slug at work maybe that's why they're not wanted company. Get their performance up to par and they'll be more likely to be part of the team.

Also, coach them on DISC and how to communicate with others.

But mostly being seen as useless during the workday isn't going to make people want to hang with you at night. :)

Good point, fortunately during my recently started O3's I found out the same individual wants to improve their time management skills... There is their new goal/my coaching point.
