Does anyone have a franchise operating manual they are willing to share for benchmarking purposes?

Hi all,

I am trying to create a global standard operating manual for consistency in manufacturing operations and I was thinking a franchise operating manual would be a good place to benchmark. I am just wondering what sorts of topics are covered in a franchise manual or handbook.
