Key Points:

  • Not everyone responds to training the same way.
  • There's a knowing-doing gap.
  • You have to follow-up.

It certainly matches up with the 'actionable' philosophy of MT podcasts I've heard from  'How to Read a Book' to 'Taking Notes.'

The comment about the knowing/doing gap also reminded me of previous podcasts.
