DISC profile - how to share results w/ team

Hello MT Forums!

I've been tasked to organize a fun activity to share our DISC profile results with everyone on the team and I'm looking for ideas!

We're a team of 7 and simply sharing the results can make it for a somewhat 'dry' meeting. If you have any ideas you can share I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!

My experience is it is anything but dry.  Because the DISC shows what appears to be very positive (somes a weakness) and very negative (not negative at all) it causes lots of fun discussion and the team bonds during this session.  By reading what each of the key words mean in both the positive and negative you can lighten the discussion and everyone can be humble, kind, polite and humourous.
If you are looking for an icebreaker, check out MT as there is a suggested exercise that Mark and Mike recommend that always works and I agree.  I cannot remember the podcast but I'm sure someone else can help out.

One thing that you can do is to cover each of the high level descriptions and see if the group automatically gravitate toward a certain individual fitting the description.
Let them come out to the group with their own assessment where they can discuss their strengths and then ask for help, in a fun way, to improve any of their critical areas.
Example:
My DISC score is 7212 - I am a Developer.
I tend to be strong willed and looking for new ideas to address age old situations.
I can come off as controlling an belligerent if I am not careful.
I will often work by myself to get things done in a timely fashion.
I need to work on developing empathy and collaboration.
