BLUF: What is the distinguishing variable between coaching and feedback?
I've been catching up on the pod casts and have a renewed appreciation for o3's. In addition to establishing rapport and strengthening "relationship power", it is the perfect platform to deliver coaching and feedback.
I understand coaching to include feedback. I've wrapped my head around:

My challenge is distinguishing between coaching and feedback. Doesn't coaching include feedback about the observed behavior? Feedback is incomplete without discussing a plan and future behavior right?
