I am curious how others might choose to handle a situation I am thinking on right now.
I'm am just getting started with the Feedback Model for my direct, so I am still in the positive-only phase. However, there is a behavior that I would like to help her develop across the entire year which may be viewed as negative initially. I don't want to wait too long to address the topic so that she can gain the awareness and begin improving her effectiveness. The behavior is in the interactions she has with her directs, and how her tone can come across. This means that it has regular opportunities for occuring.
So, do I just go ahead and broach the topic now to get started, or should I wait for more positive feedback?
