I work for a mid-size industrial firm with a very limited performance management infrastructure. Having works for a Fortune 100 firm with a very formal (if not effective) performance management system, I know I'm spending entirely too much time developing and updating management templates (tracking quarterly goals for 40+ people in Excel is tedious to say the least). Can anyone in the MT community recommend a cloud-base management solution? Rypple looks like it has some potential, but it's tough to test.
