A cast about starting a new position in a high profile leadership role

Hi -

 I recently accepted a position as principal in a high-profile, very successful school and district.  As I prepare for this new role (I am currently a principal in another district), I was wondering if there are any casts that address this type of transition.  Of course, most/all of the casts are excellent and apply; however, I am thinking specifically about a cast that focuses on making the transition from one location, which is successful, into a new location, which is even more successful.  Information about transition planning for someone in this type of position, ways to understand the culture, reading the environment, connecting with the community, etc.  There may be a cast out there that would fit the bill, or if not perhaps one in the future (preferably soon :).
