In 7 years of managing, I somehow never had to have this discussion with a direct. Now, 2 times in 4 months, I've had to have the conversation with 2 different directs. Each time, I reviewed both parts of the Body Odor podcasts and followed the steps, including memorizing the conversation tree like a script.
And, I have to say, the guidance works FLAWLESSLY, both times.
I am, once again, incredibly grateful that you guys do what you do.
