Best Airline to Travel into Charleston, SC

I am going to be flying into Charleston, SC a few times and would like to know what is the best airline to use. Based on the MT podcast, they suggested the airline with the hub at your airport or the most flights. It does not appear that Charleston is a hub for any of the majors.

My origination airport is a local one, close to my house and I do not travel that much so I am going with the most common airport that I will be flying into.
