Hi all,
I have just listened to "How To Create A Simple Behavioral Interview Question" and now I wonder, has Mark and Mike recorded podcast(s) about how to review candidate's answers to behavioral interview questions?
One obvious step is to drill down on interesting/unclear parts in candidate's explanation, but I'm sure they/we have other interesting tips.

I don't recall if there's a separate podcast but the Interview Creation Tool definitely offers guidance on assessing the answer. I've been in the process of building out a team and have spent a significant amount of time interviewing candidates over the last few months. I found the ICT to be really helpful precisely for this reason. You may want to give it a try.
