I am about to undertake a full day assessment program for a new position. It will come in three stages. A SWOT of store visits I've done. A full competency based interview. And finally 90 minutes to digest 20 P&L's from stores along with customer service scores to devise a 100 day plan. I am seeking a multi-site role which requires these skills.
Having done multi-site before (and well), what is the best way to look at P&L's in a such a short space and pick the main issues out. I know what I'm looking at, but what is the quickest and effective way to do this?
Any comments would be appreciated.
