Hi Manager Tools Team,
I just wanted to ask, as someone learning a ton about himself over the last several years (and I am in my 50s), are several or many of you identified as "system thinkers."? I simply ask as I think I have just figured out that many of your lessons on managing, put full systems into play that everyone can use. If you aren't sure if you are a systems thinker, look it up and ask some simple AI to ask you some questions to determine this.
Just because, I just discovered it and understood it about myself and wondered, if that is where you came from; and, whether you realized it before this? Because, realizing it myself has let me know so many other ways I can help people that I did not know and I plan to use it.
If you haven't, I just said it outload so you can. Because if you haven't realized it, it will empower you on so many different levels. If you have, I congratulate all of you for so effectively translating what you see into something so usable by everyone! It is amazing! Either way, I just thought the idea was worth sharing.
