Has there been any MT guidance on how to apply the Trinity to hourly personnel? Have any of you adapted the Trinity to hourly personnel? In my case, I work for a manufacturing company, and these are supervisors and personnel that work on a production floor. There's a lot of situational differences between these personnel and the examples provided on the podcast for "office" personnel, so I'm not sure what would be effective.
