Hi folks - I'm brainstorming with colleagues on alternatives to a large in-person staff gathering. Back story: My organization is 450ish people spread across a single state. In the past we've created, in-house, a training-based conference where everyone gathers in one spot for 2-3 days. This is very work-intensive for key teams in our organization and also expensive. Are there other methods you all have seen that effectively "bonds" a workforce and scratches that networking itch but that is not One Big Event?
