As the AI Tsunami erodes some professionals' expertise power we are left with the question "what to do?" I submit the answer is to 1) as always, increase relationship power through communication, one on ones, a warm network and the golden rule in general 2) increase role power by seeking more responsibility regardless of the reward 3) increase AI expertise. If AI can do what traditional experts did, then the best people to drive that AI are the traditional experts as long as they become experts in driving the AI. Think airplanes, pilots and autopilot.
