Mark, Mike, or anyone that has faced a similar situation-

I've served as a battalion personnel officer and know how hard it is to be a good admin.  I firmly believe that a good admin can greatly increase a manger's effectiveness and efficiency.  As I prepare for a company command, I'm trying to think of how to leverage my team to essentially cover-down on this important role.

I am wondering if you have any recommendations on how to fill this role within a company command.  Would you recommend my driver; the executive officer; create a position of admin NCO; or perhaps some hybrid, in which I delegate various roles typically filled by an admin to each of the above-mentioned persons?
