The Effective Communicator Conference is a one day training session (available for individuals in public settings and available to corporate clients in private settings), which teaches a behavioral technique for communicating more effectively with anyone. The Effective Communicator Conference relies on behavioral data derived from the MTDISC profile which captures an individual's tendencies to behave in certain ways. Attendees are taught how to observe other people's communication behaviors - both in face to face conversation and in email - analyze those behaviors against an easy to understand framework, and then tailor their communication to their audience.
