Manager Tools provides five training events: The Effective Manager Conference, The Effective Communicator Conference, The Effective Hiring Manager Conference, the Effective Remote Manager Conference and The M Conference.
The three core trainings: The Effective Manager, The Effective Communicator and the Effective Hiring Manager Conferences are provided as in-person public events regularly through the US, in Europe and in Australia. We also provide those trainings at client locations throughout the world. There are virtual sessions scheduled regularly at different times to provide as many opportunities for training as possible for remote teams. Finally, we have video versions of these trainings available for on-demand learning. No matter which training you or your team attend, the content is the same, so your whole team will be equally effective after training.
