Our guidance on how to listen better.

"Didn't you hear a word I said?" is as often said at work as it is at home. Whilst we can treat phrases like that with some amusement, listening is an important skill. In high-stakes meetings, like interviews, we really want to be able to listen well. It's not a skill that we can turn on and off. It's a skill we have to practice in the low-stakes meetings in order to have it ready when the high-stakes meetings come around. If you have ever been told, "you just don't listen", this is the cast for you.
