Our guidance on answering interview questions at director level.

Director-level positions (that is, positions where a person is a manager of managers), are different to other positions in the company. We expect that. There's more strategy and collaboration and less hands on doing. There's more meetings, and less sitting in front of a laptop. More work with people outside the company, and less with those within. Given that, we expect that interviews at this level are different too. You'll be surprised though, when you get to interviewing at that level. The questions, in general are exactly the same.
