Our guidance on brainstorms and other situations which require creativity.

Creativity is, most broadly speaking, the ability to create something from nothing. A page of words where there were none before. A picture, a piece of clothing, an item we didn't know we needed until we saw it, a brand or a movement. People we call creative often can't describe what they do. Other people think that because it can't be described, they can't do it. "I'm just not creative" they say. They're wrong. Creativity, like leadership and relationship-building can be learned.
