I was re-listening to a podcast from 2007 (Horstman's Wager) and the audio quality seems much better than than some of the recent podcasts (Suspense File). Mark's voice seems overmodulated - as if you may have switched to a headset microphone from a free-standing microphone.
Just my $0.02.
