MT & CT Premium content in e-book format

Dear Mark and Mike, 

Please consider the possibility to make "e-book-friendly" your fantastic premium content. That would mean formatting documents and transcripts in a way that can easily be converted to e-book format without messing them up.

Thank you very much for your work. Your podcasts help me doing my work better, which I hope it translates into making the world a tiny little bit better!

Agree - this would be very useful and would add to the value of premium content.
