My company uses a standardized internal resume format and I am struggling with what to put in the "Skills and Experience (S&E)" section. It is free-form, space enough for 15 lines and many of my S&E are captured in the work history section (love the cast on Verb, Result, Method bullet writing). Any guidance on how to format and what to focus on when writing this section?
