Hi Everyone,
One piece of Career Tools advice is to end the cover letter with an expected date of follow up.
I can understand that in most cases, but this position has stated dates for selection. For example 12/01/2011 Screening for Minimum Qualifications, 1/01/2012 Written Examination, 1/17/2011 Oral Examination and etcetera. The job positing does list the recruiter's email address and phone number.
I would expect to follow up with them to see if the position has been filled. Other than that, what can I say in a follow up call? I figure I can further express my interest. Any other ideas?
Thank you very much,
Frank
