I used to think: "Ok, I know what I must do to communicate better with a high C, but it takes so much energy away to act as someone I am not!" It takes a lot of focus for a high I high D to speak at a lower tone of voice, not to use so much exclamation marks on the sentences, gesture less and pay attention to and show interest to details!"

Then, now, I saw the video on the youtube link bellow of a dog playing with a Magpie and thought to myself: "If a bird can change its body language to communicate and play with a dog, I must be able to change mine!"

I hope it inspires more of you, as it inspired me!  Who knows, we may end up with a new best pal!

Nara, that was great. I'm just relieved that the video didn't end with the dog taking a big bite out of the bird... :-)

Chris, I think the dog is probably a high S!  (smile!) I think the cat was inside the house trying to get to the bird though!

This was a good lesson for me to keep in mind.  If they can change their approach to get along better, so can I!
Thank you for sharing, Nara.
