Part 2 of our guidance on rebranding feedback.

A WSJ article says the word “feedback” is too stressful for some, and recommends calling it something else. We disagree.

In September, the Wall Street Journal ran an article saying that the word feedback was too scary for some workers, and so they used a different word. The guidance was so bad we created an entire podcast to refute it. We normally don’t do this, but we were so shocked by all the bad guidance in the article, we wanted to refute all of it, just in case anyone in our community read it.
