Part 1 of our guidance for High D's when working as a part of a team.

All DISC profiles have their strengths and weaknesses. Depending on the situation and the people in the room, the natural behaviors of one or another of the profiles may be more or less effective in getting the objective achieved. That doesn't mean that only a High I can achieve that objective if it's "High I" behaviors that are required: anyone can behave any way they like if they think about it first.

In this guidance, we'll talk about a High D's natural behaviors that work against them when working in a team and how to mitigate them.
