This guidance describes how to manage work and decisions being done on a project.
Projects are generally governed by Horstman's Law of Project Management: Who does What by When. Sometimes it's a five year project, and sometimes it's 3 weeks. But it boils down to a string of tasks and deadlines, done by humans. And often we humans end up straggling after ripe blackberries when we should be meeting deadlines.
One thing all of us Project Managers can do to keep things on track is to run our project meetings as a Drumbeat Meeting.

Hey guys,
I haven't seen the Slides or Shownotes for the Drumbeat Podcast show up in my RSS feed. Has anything changed?
Oh by the way, clicking on Previous and Next produces the opposite of what I expect. Previous takes you to the next most recent podcast from where you are, and Next takes you to the next oldest.
Cheers,
Peter
Thanks, Peter. I'll check
Thanks, Peter. I'll check out the feed and get that corrected.
On the Previous and Next, I understand what you're saying. I admit it's a little odd. Next refers to the next podcast in the list ... which is the previous week's podcast. :-(
We're looking at the next iteration of the website; I'll add this to the list of things to consider.
Thanks,
Mike
Cool beans
Thanks for responding Mike.
