Thank you! I enjoyed tonight's call and thought it was a useful way to spend an hour of my evening. Couple specific items of feedback about the call:
- Glad that it started and ended on time. I expected nothing else.
- Fun to hear some informal chatter & details not often mentioned (e.g.'talked with Wendii for 20-30 hours...')
- I thought the questions were both varied and interesting.

Just a quick thank you for the premium member call-in program tonight. I'm sorry I didn't have time (...prioritize) to submit some questions, but the program was still very valuable and we'll make sure to submit next time around. Like many managers, I have limited resources for good managerial advice and could never afford the personalized counsel that y'all are providing through this opportunity.

I should say thanks for doing it. It helps make it even more real (as opposed to listening to Podcast). Somehow, through pure Mark magic I am sure, it made me want to review what I am doing and try to do better.
