 Thanks alot for the information in this cast. Particularly helpful to me was point 4 - assigning the status reporting as well.

I've used this tailored to peer requests ("would you please do.... Can you let me know when it's done so I can.....") with wonderful results. One of my peers would do a task, and not advise when it was done, so you were always left trying to figure out if it was.. Now this has become my standard.
