Great cast! I think you nailed me! 

As I listened, I realize I do just what you describe - and I get what you describe too! Me doing more and more! 

The ideas have stopped flowing and now I am paying for it!

Ok - so I get it now. I will just Stop! No more "compli-buts"!  

I will track my progress for the next 2 months before your conference in Orlando and let you know how I do to turn this around!

I enjoyed this cast, like I do all the others.  I have read Marshalls book as recommended in this cast and am after thoughts on Marshalls third bad habit of 'Passing Judgment' and the recommendation in this cast to praise the idea - which I see as a form of judgment?
