As I listened, I realize I do just what you describe - and I get what you describe too! Me doing more and more!

I enjoyed this cast, like I do all the others. I have read Marshalls book as recommended in this cast and am after thoughts on Marshalls third bad habit of 'Passing Judgment' and the recommendation in this cast to praise the idea - which I see as a form of judgment?
