The session was both casual but serious at the same time. I was very interested in the information and exercises provided. Normally, I am not a big fan of the in-class type education but this was a great experience. This will definitely help me in my aspirations to progress into a management role. I can see why you are the best at what you do and I hope to attend more sessions given by you in the future.
