No. The instrument only asks you to focus on your work context to make it easier for you to answer the questions. Narrowing an instrument-taker’s context is a long-standing, well-regarded behavioral instrument technique.

It would be nearly impossible to have the mental and emotional stamina to sustain two different behavioral tendencies, one at work and one at home. This has been tested extensively and MTDISC will remain the same at work and at home. If you wish to test this, show your report to your spouse/partner. We think you’ll find they’ll say “I told you so.” ;-)
