Is Manager Tools cancelling any conferences?
We have cancelled our remaining March and April conferences. This list includes Silicon Valley, Portland, London and Boston. We are evaluating conferences on a case by case basis beyond that time.
Whether attendees cancel with a full refund or defer to a later date anyone scheduled to attend a cancelled conference will be given (free) the video versions of their respective conference as well as a Personal License for the next year.

Can I cancel my attendance even if you haven’t cancelled?
Yes, of course, that is always our policy. Attendees may cancel or defer up until the last minute, no questions asked. We may feel soon that we do need to cancel more events. If we do, we’ll communicate with attendees and give them priority for attending our next (or any future) conference.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel for a full refund at any time. You can delay attendance at any time with no charge. This is what we’d want if we were you. Just let us know your plans at: email@example.com and we will action the request quickly.
What alternatives are there to conferences?
We have video versions of all of our conferences available online here. We are offering video versions free of charge to anyone registered for a conference event that’s affected by this situation. Do you have a live video option for training?
We do not currently offer any live video sessions. However, the situation is evolving every day. As we continue to learn more, anything is possible. We do have video versions of all of our conferences available online: here. Are you planning for social distancing at the conference?
Yes. There will be 6 feet between each seat at any conference we conduct in the near future.
What other safety precautions are planned for future events?
Alcohol based hand sanitizer will be available for use of attendees. The markers we provide will be brand new. We won’t reuse them. You’ll get new markers each day. The tables will be disinfected daily.
