The guidance is clear and actionable. Part of my role includes delivering training and managing change. I had never thought of that as a negotiation but found strong similarities and practical advice to apply the principles in these areas of work. The author includes examples of both “things gone right” and “things gone wrong” with opportunities for improvement.

This is a book that breaks traditions and standard ways of thinking about negotiation.

What if you cannot compromise? Can you still reach an agreement?

Turns out you could.

The book gives great examples and ways to implement them.
