Please don't buy this book.  It's terrible.  It's purportedly about how busy we all are, and makes some fairly routine suggestions.  As I was reading it, I felt like I was reading a book by someone who had written a book before, and had gotten interviewed on TV for it, and liked it, wrote another book, really fast, to capture the order to get on TV again.  I suspect it sold acceptably, because it had a good title and the author actually invented words that sounded good to describe what he meant.  Like "gemmelsmerch".

This is a book in search of a publicist in search of an interview.  Watch the interview.  It'll save you time, which is the point, I think.
