If you don't want to risk taking an important call at an inconvenient time, input the numbers of all your interviewing contacts into your cell, with their names, as soon as you have them.
If you don't, you run the risk of not making the best possible impression simply because you don't recognise a number or, as happened to me, it looked similar to another number you do recognise.
