Same Job Since High School Graduation

Hi All,

I need some advice for my wife. She is concerned about her resume. She has had the same job for the past 9-years since she graduated high school. She just recently graduated nursing school.

Her concern is that she can only manage a half page resume and that this may reflect badly upon her. She feels the massive amount of white-space may convey a lack of experience--although she does have 9-years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistance prior to earning her Registered Nurse (RN) degree.

Any advice for her? Should she about what RN recruiters will think? To fill-out her resume, I have suggested she highlight her clinical training experience and accomplishments while training as an RN? Is that a good idea?
