Follow up - all interviewers, only hiring manager, or ... ?
I am a QA Director with very smooth, until now, career path, and starting to seriously interview first time in 15 years. Destroyed my first 3 interviews (in a negative way), and, being an avid listener of manager tools, realized that I have to get interview series. And my first question: following up:
1. Do I follow up with all members of the interview panel, or only the hiring manager?
2. Do I follow up with recruiter who did initial screening?
3. Do I follow up with hiring manager after initial phone screen, or only after final closing interview?
4. How do I make sure I have a mailing address of the hiring manager, if they refuse, or do not have a business card to give?
