Rolling out the Coaching model - is there a slide set?

 Hi,

I am ready to roll out the coaching model to my team - wondering if there is a 'directs-ready' slide set, or if folks roll their own based on the 'Rolling Out The Trinity' model slides, coaching revisited, etc.

If not i can build a deck - but if there is one ready made that would be great.
