U2 and the D.I.S.C. Model

I'm watching U2's Elevation Tour Video again, and It just hit me how balanced they are not only musically, but in their behaviors as well.  As a team, sustainability, creativity, results and endurance are all a product of it.

I totally agree. The best team I was ever on had four people on it and each one represented a strong component of DISC.
