Coupon Codes

Two things,

I am enjoying my manager tools CD but am still having a hard time adding them to my Ipod touch (I will be working on this next week). Is there a print out of this on hard copy?

Second, I am hooked on MT, with that said I would love to join the Premium Membership in an attempt to learn more. Unfortunately I will have to pay out of pocket - where are the coupon codes and how does someone get those?
