General Questions and Comments

I'm fairly new to Manager Tools and am very grateful for Mark & Mike sharing their insights.

I noticed in the Podcasts I've listened to so far that their are numerous references to Documents e.g. One-on-One Forms etc. I can't, however find these on the website, I'm assuming these have been moved to the Pay-Subscribe - Premium area.

Could anyone please confirm this for me?

Many are with the podcasts

If you come back to the site and check the page on which the podcast is published you'll often find the documents, or links, they reference.

For example, the Improve Your Feedback With DiSC® podcast is here http://www.manager-tools.com/2006/02/improve-your-feedback and if you look at the links below the podast you'll find the "cheat sheet" and model summary. Similarly, the resume example is with the "Your Resume Stinks" podcast, and the one-on-one form is with the original One On One 'cast.

Some things are "Premium" - you can see those marked with a little "P" icon. Those are mostly show notes and presentation slides, which can be worthwhile. But check the podcast pages first.
