Hello from Maryland Route 144

I'm back, but I'm anonymous.

I used to participate under another name, but I was explicitly told by my boss to stop.  I have a bad boss, so a lot of what I know about management is what doesn't work.  But I've been following Manager Tools for a long time, and it is management that does work.

Road names are a common meme on Manager Tools, and mine is no different.

It's always nice to learn what doesn't work, but not so much when you're the one directly impacted by it.
