Right now I'm inbetween contracts as a (primarily) Java Developer, though I do a lot in the Linux/FreeBSD/Unix world too (and as I'm listening to M-T, guess where I'm steering my career).

Epic systems

Did you know one of the largest medical software companies is in Madison?  I expect they will be growing very soon, given new emphasis on medical records in DC.

Most people have never heard of them, so thought I'd throw it out.
