Although the question wasn't directed at me, I do know the answer ... unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to do that without about 10 hours of work on Word. ;-)

There are tools available to transfer

There are tools available to transfer documents from word to PDF and other way. Search for them. They are cheap.

Mike and Mark,

Have been listening for quite a while and I am a BIG fan!!! Thanks for everything.

Regarding communications plans.....do you have any tips or additonal samples I might look at. I am responsible for a geographically challenged Sales Team and am looking to get any additional input I can prior to publishing my communications plan for FY 2007.

Thanks for the kind words! Glad you're getting value out of the shows.

Not sure what you mean by tips or additional samples. The sample we posted is as robust a comm plan as I have ever seen. If you do much more than that, you won't have time for much else! I helped write this one, and watched it in use. It works...

After asking the question I came up

After asking the question I came up with a few different looks for the document. I ended up with a 6 months per 8 1/2x11 page that allowed me to identify everthing that needed to be communicated by the day.

I am curious to see the response I get from the team....I will keep you posted....
